How we handle website and enquiry information.
This notice explains what Embassy of Education may collect, why it is used, how cookies work and how you can contact us about your information.
1. Who we are
Embassy of Education is an independent visa advisory and education consultancy based at GF-15, Sharnam Fortune, Opp. Inox, Beside Sterling Hospital, Race Course, Vadodara, Gujarat. We are not an embassy, consulate or government authority.

2. Information collected
The first website enquiry is designed to collect only name, phone number, visa category, current stage, preferred language and a short message. Do not submit passport numbers, financial records or passwords through the public form.
If you later engage EOE, the agreed service may require additional visa, education, employment, family, travel or financial information. EOE should request only information reasonably relevant to the agreed service and use an approved private document-sharing process.
3. Why information is used
- Respond to enquiries and discuss service scope.
- Schedule and deliver agreed consultations or reviews.
- Communicate about an active service.
- Maintain business, payment and compliance records.
- Protect the website and prevent abuse.
- Use consented analytics to understand aggregate website usage.
4. Sharing and processors
Relevant information may be shared with authorised team members, service providers, payment or scheduling providers, communication platforms and qualified professionals where required for the agreed service and permitted by law. Government or regulatory authorities may receive information where disclosure is legally required. EOE should document actual processors and access permissions.
5. Cookies and analytics
Essential browser storage may be used for language, navigation and cookie-choice preferences. Google Analytics is loaded only after you select Accept analytics in the cookie notice. If you choose Essential only, the analytics script is not activated. Analytics events should contain only aggregate journey information such as page or CTA usage and must not contain names, phone numbers, passport details or free-text case descriptions.
6. Retention
EOE should retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, active services, accounting, dispute management, security and legal obligations. Exact retention periods must be confirmed against actual operations before publication.
7. Security
EOE should use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. The website does not claim a particular certification or guarantee absolute security.
8. Your requests
Subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping, you may ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of marketing consent by contacting embassyofedu@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required.
9. Third-party services
WhatsApp, Google, Instagram, map providers and other external services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not send sensitive documents until EOE confirms the appropriate channel.
10. Updates
EOE may update this notice when its services, processors or website technology change. The published effective date should be updated after each material revision.
