These website terms describe the general relationship between visitors and Embassy of Education. The final service engagement, invoice or signed terms may contain additional service-specific provisions.
1. Independent advisory status
Embassy of Education is a private visa advisory and education consultancy. It is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or government authority and cannot influence government decisions.
2. Nature of services
Services may include U.S. visa case review, refusal review, DS-160 review, B1/B2 or F-1 preparation, interview readiness, education guidance and related consultancy described in the agreed scope.
3. No guarantee
Visa, admission, scholarship, loan, appointment and other decisions are made by the relevant authorities or institutions. Past results, testimonials or case examples do not guarantee future outcomes.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide complete and truthful information.
- Disclose relevant application and refusal history.
- Provide genuine documents.
- Review information before submission.
- Follow official government or institutional instructions.
- Tell EOE about material changes.
5. Fees and third-party charges
Professional fees, taxes, payment schedules and deliverables should be stated in the written service confirmation or invoice. Government charges and separately agreed professional services are separate unless expressly included.
6. Legal referrals
EOE should not be presented as a law firm or as providing legal representation unless a separately identified, appropriately authorised legal professional is engaged under separate terms.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, frameworks, templates, reports and original designs are owned by or licensed to EOE unless otherwise stated.
