• Person or organisation paying is correctly identified.

Employment, business and education

• Current and previous roles, dates and duties are accurate.
• Business ownership and income information align with supporting records.
• Education history and gaps are complete.

Family, relatives and U.S. contacts

• Immediate relatives and relatives in the United States are disclosed accurately.
• U.S. contact details match the stated purpose and itinerary.
• Petition or immigration-history questions are answered carefully.

Travel, refusals and prior applications

• Previous U.S. refusals are disclosed correctly.
• International travel history is checked against passports.
• Material differences from earlier forms are understood and explainable.

Before submission

• Review the complete form, not only the confirmation page.
